The Protege platform removes these obstacles and provides anyone in the world direct access to the top experts in the world. Talent is widely distributed and we believe opportunity should be as well.

Summary

It’s important that you read these entire Terms of Use, but to help facilitate your review, here are some of the more significant terms we want to bring to your initial attention that are further detailed below:

• You own all of your content submitted on Protege. Any content created between you and Expert is subject to a separate agreement.
• You grant both Protege and expert a license to the materials you submit on the Protege platform. This means that expert or Protege can copy, modify, or distribute the content in your submission video and that you waive your right to sue if they do so.
• If you have a contract with a record label, publishing company, or other professional agency, you are responsible for getting any necessary permissions for the content you submit.
• You acknowledge that expert feedback videos are private and should not be shared publicly.
• You agree to our Official Rules by submitting an application for our sweepstakes or contests.

1. PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM. Through the Website and Services, you will have the opportunity to apply to be the protégé (“Protégé”) of an expert in a particular field or industry (“Expert”). If selected, you will be part of a group of Protégés (“Cohort”) of a predetermined size (which is set by the Expert in Expert’s sole discretion), to be instructed, trained, advised, and otherwise mentored by the Expert in accordance with these Terms of Use and the terms and requirements set forth by the Expert on such Expert’s landing Cohort landing page (“Landing Page”).

2. USE OF SERVICES AND COMPANY PROPERTIES. The Services, and the information and content available in the Services (the “Company Properties”) are protected by copyright laws throughout the world. Unless otherwise specified by Company in a separate license, your right to use any and all Company Properties is subject to the Agreement. Any use of or access to the Services by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 may only access and use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
