About the role
From Billboard Top 100 artists to Platinum Record Producers to Elite Sports coaches and top Venture Capitalists, our experts are the reason we are able to democratize access to opportunity and help aspiring students be heard and discovered. The Expert Relations Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing ways to deliver exceptional experiences to Talent that have joined and are in the process of joining the platform. The experiences you help bring to life will shape the future of both our business and our amazingly talented protégés.
Responsibilities
As Expert Relations Manager, you will help nurture relationships with the biggest experts in the world on the platform through a variety of strategic initiatives meant to increase engagement and NPS on the platform.
- Develop and execute strategy and procedures with experts to maintain fulfillment of submitted videos
- Foster relationships with with the biggest execs, producers, musicians, etc. and act as point person for Expert/Protege interaction
- Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with product to alleviate key pain points and streamline the work stream for future expert relations team members
- Help onboard experts and institute new processes to increase efficiency and time to close for experts joining
- Provide Experts with an outstanding experience on the platform and help define and execute our referral program to bring on more experts
- Lead operations to execute “breakthrough moments” (interactions between students and experts that fundamentally change students’ lives)
- Help execute strategic, bespoke, initiatives with experts such as live and digital workshops, marketing content, new materials, etc.
Although no formal training or experience of working with platinum or A-list talent is required, high IQ and EQ, communication skills, problem solving skills, and a deep passion for our mission (democratizing access to dream careers) is imperative to be successful in this role.
